Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Capital International Group. As a key member of our Technical Support Department, you will be responsible for ensuring our processes meet all relevant internal and international regulatory policy and procedural requirements.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our colleagues in all areas of the business to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the highest level of quality services to our clients and internal investment operational teams. You will be responsible for conducting periodic risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements and CIL's quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulatory obligations and the ability to apply them in a practical and pragmatic manner
  • Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of AML/CFT international regulatory standards and requirements
  • Ability to interpret and apply client risk assessments and document fully throughout the life of the client relationship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
