Senior Business Growth Specialist

Our company, Telebest, is seeking a Senior Business Growth Specialist to help grow our business by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Completed matric.
- Relevant insurance qualification.
- Fais compliant (RE).
- Valid driver's license.
- 5 years relationship management experience.
- Experience in a direct short term insurance environment preferred.
- 3+ years short term insurance experience- essential.
- Technical insurance knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the business, stakeholder and relationship management.
- Achieve and maintain the Broker Direct strategy and deliver on targets.
- Maintain a healthy business relationship at a strategic and operational level.
- Negotiate capacity and support from other teams within the company to support new and existing Broker Direct partners.
- Responsible for all Broker Direct contracting and adherence to any governance and legislative requirements.
- Proactively identify operational or procedural obstacles, determine impact patterns and trends analysis and design best practice solutions.
- Manage effective SLAs with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure constant communication with the Business Development Manager in order to achieve targets, maintain relationships, adhere to any legislation changes etc.
