Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business revenue and growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Key duties include:

  • New Business Development: Focus on developing new business revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Tender Preparation: Prepare tenders, reports, and presentations for clients.
  • Lead Management: Generate and follow up on qualified leads in line with company-specific requirements.
  • Closing Deals: Analyze clients' needs and propose specific solutions to close deals.

Service Excellence:

  • Client Follow-up: Ensure continuous follow-up by the sales team on pending clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and retain client relationships on all levels, providing professional service including after-sales service, client inquiries, and regular follow-ups.

Sales Targets and Administration:

  • Sales Objectives: Exceed sales objectives of assigned targets by promoting and selling all services through professional sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn new products knowledge and acquire improved selling skills, communicating with the sales team.
  • Administrative Processes: Manage all relevant internal administrative processes.
  • Meetings: Attend all meetings.

Product Knowledge:

  • Market Research: Keep abreast of competition services and markets.

Communication:

  • Team Collaboration: Ensure effective and ongoing communication between the sales teams and supporting departments within the company at all levels.
  • Support Queries: Respond and assist on all sales department queries as communicated by the sales team.
  • Colleague Communication: Ensure effective communication with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Matric or Senior Certification equivalent.
  • BCom Logistics: BCom Logistics would be preferable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably from the logistics industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success.
