Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including pre-onboarding, background checks, and IT system access.
  • Coordinate schedules, trainings, and stakeholder meetings for new employees, as well as regular check-ins during their first 90 days.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees to ensure they feel engaged and valued throughout the onboarding process.
  • Provide basic interpretation and explanation of handbook policies to employees.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Hold 2-4 years of experience in human resources positions.
  • Be knowledgeable about ADP Workforce Now, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset and independence in tackling tasks and projects.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
