We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Silki. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruiters and staffing agencies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Onboarding & Integration
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide new hire training and orientation.
  • Ensure all new hires receive necessary equipment, materials, and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Recruitment Marketing & Branding
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Manage the organization's employment brand, including social media and online presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruiters and staffing agencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail or fast-paced industries.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Software: Proficiency in recruitment management systems (RMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
