Responsibilities

The HR Administrator: Remuneration & Benefits will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Maintain employee master data, including on-boarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, including leave management and time attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including EE/BEE/DoL and remuneration analysis.
  • Provide support to employees and management with employee-related queries and issues.
