Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at KMCK Talent Sourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving growth within our allocated customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure retention and growth.
  • Promote excellent customer experiences through effective implementation of products and services.
  • Ensure regular customer face-to-face visits and adhere to monthly/quarterly customer visitation/contact plans.
  • Set up and attend meetings with customers, keep minutes of meetings, and action outstanding matters.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executives.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities within allocated customers and grow revenue within base.
  • Manage and upgrade contracts to ensure they are in place.
  • Ensure customers are kept informed of all new services and/or changes to current services.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalation as needed.
  • Ensure all required services are being billed monthly, check customer invoices and statements.
  • Manage the Service Levels between the customer and the company.

Requirements:

  • Matric Grade 12.
  • Studying towards degree/diploma in Sales & Marketing (advantageous).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an account management position in a related industry (logistics) (Business to Business).
  • Intermediate MS Suite.
  • Valid driver's license essential.
