Customer Service and Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Support Professional. This role is responsible for providing efficient and effective sales support, solutions, guidance, and advisory services to the sales team, prospects, and/or potential clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service and Sales Support Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. You will manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.). You will promptly receive clients and provide operational or sales support as required.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space. Additionally, you will support client queries and have a thorough knowledge of all training products to support clients with course information, quote, and support with the enrollment process.
Capturing of sales leads on the database management system, assist with the sales process: sales appointments, consultations, and enrolments. Work at sales events to support the sales team, cold calling/frequent contact with the database for all divisions. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and increase sales. Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and manage customer accounts. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales support
Salary Range:
$40,000 - $60,000 per year
