As an integral member of our team at CA Financial Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our organisation as an Executive Office Coordinator, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and Travel Management: Manage the MD's diary and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Coordinate events hosted by the MD, including logistics, catering, and guest management.
  • Training and Development: Arrange and set up training sessions with relevant service providers, enhancing the MD's skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and present reports for sales meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients on behalf of the MD, ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Board Meetings and Administration: Arrange board meetings, take minutes, and provide administrative support as required.
  • General Administration: Provide general administrative duties, including reception support and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Matric, Secretarial Diploma, or NQF 5 qualification.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience reporting to an Executive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Well-presented and client-centric approach.
