**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Provide technical support to end-users for various IT issues
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex issues
- Ensure security and privacy of systems
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, help desk, or a related field
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Office suites
- Familiarity with VPNs and ServiceNow platform is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous
Pay: Up to R33 000,00 per month
