Office Administration:_
- Oversee day-to-day office operations for the Branch Manager, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Create and maintain regular scheduled reports.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications and reports.
- Manage office budget and process expense reports.
- HR Support:_
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, changes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees.
- Assist in verifying medical certificates.
- Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of office management and HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certification in Office Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
