At Profile Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, build relationships, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
- Participate in the pricing process to ensure optimal profitability.
- Drive RFQ processes to convert leads into new business opportunities.
- Present new products and services to clients, enhancing existing relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, providing valuable insights to our organization.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in a commercial setting.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and APQP/PPAP processes.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
