Senior Business Growth Specialist

The role of the Senior Business Growth Specialist at JABES CONSULTANTS will be pivotal in ensuring that customer needs are met throughout the entire customer journey. To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and experience to our clients in Gauteng, ultimately driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Nurture and develop relationships with an allocated customer base, identifying opportunities for expansion and enhancement.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial shape of assigned customers, utilizing this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
SOURCE AND GROW NEW CUSTOMERS IN THE SPECIFIED AREA BY Leveraging industry connections, product knowledge, and commercial acumen to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Establish and support our client's brand presence within outlets, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution of marketing activities as needed.
Activation of required promotions and the execution of marketing activities as needed, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Support operational efficiencies by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
Provide continuous feedback loops to enable business innovation and improvements, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
The ideal candidate will possess solid sales experience, a valid driver's license, computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite), industry and product sales knowledge, commercial business acumen, and strong negotiation skills. They should also display self-motivation, a drive for results, excellent peer relationships, customer centricity, positive mindset & problem-solving, agility, and collaborative communication.
Education and Experience:
A Graduate degree is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
A comprehensive understanding of the hospitality and restaurant environment is essential.
An understanding of budgets, targets, and strategic applications to achieve these is crucial.
Solid negotiating skills are necessary for success in this position.

Estimated Salary: R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
