About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Midvaal Recruitment in City Deep, Johannesburg.

Job Summary

This role involves providing personal and administrative support to the Branch/General Manager and/or Managing Director.

  • Coordinating company events, functions, and stock takes.
  • Preparing and managing various reports, including sales, turnover, and stock updates.
  • Oversight of office maintenance, employee records, and office supplies.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and maximizing productivity.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills.

Prior experience in Personal Assistance and Administration is essential. Knowledge of the motor trade industry is beneficial.

Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of R 13,500, along with a provident fund and Medical Aid as benefits.
