Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Isilumko Staffing.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, as well as demonstrating an eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the organization.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a payroll or compensation role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
