Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creditors Administrator to join our team at People Dimension. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our company's creditors and ensuring that all payments are made in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all creditors, including payment schedules and outstanding balances.
  • Process and reconcile payments to creditors, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or queries related to creditor payments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all financial transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs associated with creditor management.

Requirements:

  • Matriculation certificate.
  • 3-5 years of experience in creditors management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG financial management will be advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
