- Full Bookkeeping to Trial Balance function for law firm
- Investments and management of trust accounts
- Interest reconciliations, Creditors and Payroll
- SARS E-Filing
- Accounting / financial related duties
Requirements:
- Presentable and professional
- Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English, with excellent communication skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification a must
- Minimum 5 years recent bookkeeping to Trial Balance experience, specifically at a law firm a must
- Article 86(4) administration experience compulsory
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail
- Computer literate in MS Office, SARS E-filing and VIP Sage Payroll a must
- Able to work under pressure and deadline driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Stable employment record and contactable References a must
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
