Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at People Dimension. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions on Sage X3 and Access systems.
  • Analyze sales data and age receivables using Excel.
  • Manage creditors and manual remittances on Sage X3.
  • Place orders and maintain purchase journals.
  • Control petty cash and fleet card schedules.
  • Prepare income and expense schedules.
  • Conduct stock counts and maintain stock control.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Preferred experience with Sage X3.
  • General Pastel or Sage experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent Excel skills for monthly reporting.
