Security Sales Professional

As a key member of our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and revenue within the security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability targets within allocated client bases or areas.
- Identify and develop new clients deemed suitable for our company within allocated client bases or areas.
- Provide regular feedback and reports as defined by relevant ISO procedures and by the responsible Sales Manager on activity within the specified client base or area.
- Present potential solutions to clients and negotiate Service Level Agreements in line with company policies to meet client requirements and expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in allocated client bases or areas to accommodate company objectives, targets, and budgets.
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs and recommend price schedules and discount rates.
- Deliver sales presentations to clients, displaying or demonstrating products, and emphasizing saleable features.
- Meet with clients to assist with sales quotes, literature, technical support, marketing material, and training.
- Monitor and evaluate competition activities and products.
- Ensure the calendar/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is updated with all client contact details and client activities within the branch.
- Ensure effective use of sales tools provided by the company.
- Forecast current and future potential business within the client base, including product categories by vendor, in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
- Schedule client visits in line with company and client requirements to ensure consistent contact and knowledge transfer through to closure of the sale.
- Travel throughout assigned territories to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or discuss sales with customers on the sales floor or by phone.
- Provide effective delivery of training within the client base or area.
- Assist with the preparation of client quotations in line with company ISO procedures and relative Service Level Agreements.
- Attend trade shows and product launches as scheduled by the company.
- Assist with all stock takes.
- Maintain ISO compliance.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Three to five years' experience in the security industry
- Current valid driver's license
- Fully insured for business use, roadworthy, and licensed motor vehicle
- Must be computer literate
- Sales-related qualifications and/or training will be an advantage
- Interpersonal skills
- Alarms/Access Control, Fire, and CCTV technical and sales experience
- Proven sales track history
