Security Product Sales Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the security industry.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the allocated client base or area.
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new clients deemed suitable for our company within the allocated client base or area.
- Account Management: Provide regular feedback and reports as defined by relevant ISO procedures and by the responsible Sales Manager on activity within the specified client base or area.
- Solution Selling: Participate in the presentation of potential solutions to clients and negotiate Service Level Agreements in line with company policies, to meet the client's requirement and expectations.
- Matric Certificate: A valid Matric certificate is required.
- Industry Experience: Three to five years' experience in the security Industry.
- Driver's License: A current Valid driver's license is essential.
- Licenced Motor Vehicle: Fully insured for Business use, road worthy and licensed motor vehicle.
- Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate.
- Sales Qualifications: Sales-related qualifications and/or training will be an advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Techincal Knowledge: Alarms/Access Control, Fire and CCTV Technical and Sales experience.
- Sales Track Record: Proven Sales Track history.
The estimated salary for this position is R20 000 per month plus commission. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a performance-based bonus scheme.
