  • Ensure the CRM system is accurately updated with client information and engagement history.
  • Utilize sales tools effectively to enhance business operations.
  • Forecast potential business opportunities within the client base, collaborating with the Branch Manager.
  • Schedule client interactions to maintain consistent engagement and facilitate sales closure.
  • Travel within the assigned region to connect with existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver training sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Assist in preparing client quotations following ISO protocols and Service Level Agreements.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and product launches as directed.
  • Support inventory management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Three to five years of experience in the security sector
  • Valid driver's license
  • Business-use insured, roadworthy, and licensed vehicle
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Sales-related qualifications or training are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Alarms/Access Control, Fire, and CCTV systems
  • Demonstrated sales success
