- Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, offering support with quotes, technical assistance, and training materials.
- Monitor competitive activities and assess product offerings in the market.
- Ensure the CRM system is accurately updated with client information and engagement history.
- Utilize sales tools effectively to enhance business operations.
- Forecast potential business opportunities within the client base, collaborating with the Branch Manager.
- Schedule client interactions to maintain consistent engagement and facilitate sales closure.
- Travel within the assigned region to connect with existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver training sessions tailored to client needs.
- Assist in preparing client quotations following ISO protocols and Service Level Agreements.
- Participate in industry trade shows and product launches as directed.
- Support inventory management processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- Three to five years of experience in the security sector
- Valid driver's license
- Business-use insured, roadworthy, and licensed vehicle
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Sales-related qualifications or training are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Alarms/Access Control, Fire, and CCTV systems
- Demonstrated sales success
