Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including luxury brands and their features.
  • Confidently communicate with guests, using effective sales techniques to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Maintain high stock levels, ensuring a wide range of products are available for guests to purchase.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently, processing payments and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury sales or retail is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong product knowledge, including luxury brands and their features.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Valid South African Passport and Police Clearance required.
