Channel Sales Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Representative to join our client in the security industry on a 3-month assignment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily customer visits to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site surveys with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
  • Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Draft weekly, monthly, and annual reports to track progress and performance.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
  • Collaborate with clients on branding and marketing initiatives to enhance their online presence.
  • Arrange marketing events to showcase products and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide technical and sales training to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills.
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales plans with clients to drive business growth.
  • Communicate new product releases and features to clients.
About the Role

This is a contract position working for Isilumko Staffing. You will be required to travel between Limpopo and Mpumalanga region.

Salary

Ranging from R150,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
