Regional Field Sales Manager

At Red Bull, we're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As a Regional Field Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our sales strategy and leading a team of talented sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including store coverage, distribution, and volume growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regional managers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Implement and maintain Perfect Store standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality in-store experience.
  • Manage budgets, including team travel, free goods, and incentives, to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the Off Premise sector, FMCG.
  • Proven leadership and sales management experience, with a track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel 70-80% of the time.
