Role Overview

Talent 101 is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Sales Planning:
• Plan and coordinate sales activities, including customer visits and product demonstrations.
• Gather and provide sales data to support business decisions.

Sales Forecasting:
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage stock levels.
• Negotiate and manage customer pricing and trading terms.

Sales Management:
• Oversee sales team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and implement sales activity plans and pursue new business opportunities.

Regional Accounts:
• Manage relationships with regional distributors, cash & carry's, buying groups, and corporate clients.
• Develop and implement regional sales and advertising plans.

Product Launches and Exhibitions:
• Coordinate and manage product launches, special events, and exhibitions.
• Present products and features to customers and manage transfer orders.

Brand Development:
• Build strategic alliances and implement marketing activities.
• Provide technical support and maintain brand loyalty.

Reporting and Administration:
• Compile sales reports and ensure live customer data is captured.
