Unique Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role: As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This includes greeting and welcoming guests, directing visitors to the appropriate person or office, and handling incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times, with all necessary stationery and materials available.

  • Providing basic and accurate information to visitors, clients, and colleagues via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the office.

  • Ordering front office supplies and maintaining an inventory of stock.

  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings as required.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Matric certification and 1 year of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A professional attitude and appearance.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • A customer service attitude.

Salary: R120,000 - R150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
