Senior Technical Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, troubleshoot, and install hardware, software, and firmware on new and faulty laptops and desktops.
- Provide Windows OS software installation, support, and troubleshooting including 3rd party applications.
- Ensure all open tickets are managed within the SLA.
- Achieve efficiency targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of practical experience in-service delivery, desktop support, network support, and Active Directory.
- Experience in mobile device support.
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- Certificate in CompTIA A+/N+ International or equivalent is essential. MSCE or MCDST certification is preferred.
