Job Description:

The Technical Support Specialist role at TalentCru is a key position in our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal stakeholders and external clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as maintaining and upgrading computer systems and endpoint devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A+ certification is an added advantage, and experience in service desk and systems administration environments is highly desirable.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support. You will receive and record tickets raised by users through various channels, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and create support documentation to aid in future troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will also include performing remote troubleshooting, maintaining accurate records, and escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who can provide high-quality technical support while working collaboratively with peers to achieve common goals. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new situations quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Maintain and upgrade computer systems and endpoint devices
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and maintain accurate records
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • A+ certification (added advantage)
  • Experience in service desk and systems administration environments (highly desirable)
  • Strong technical background and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
