Capitec Bank is seeking a highly skilled Customer Resolution Officer to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer complaints and queries in an efficient and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a complaint/query resolution capacity, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of banking products and services is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing special daily debit orders, providing high-level customer service, and improving the overall customer experience. You will also be required to possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal relationship management skills.

As a Customer Resolution Officer at Capitec Bank, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from R250,000 to R350,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, life insurance, and retirement fund contributions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent, with a Certification in Communication being advantageous. Ideal candidates will also have a background in banking, call centre processes, and systems.
