Portuguese Speaking Customer Experience Representatives

As a Portuguese speaking customer experience representative at Pro Select Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Handle high-volume call center operations in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding company policies, products, and services.
- Resolving complex customer issues by clarifying problems, identifying causes, and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call nature, inquiries, and outcomes.
- Follow up on customer issues as needed to ensure resolution and exceed performance metrics.
You will work closely with other departments to support special projects and tasks as needed. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to meeting or exceeding call center performance metrics, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
