We are seeking a seasoned Senior Retail Sales Consultant to lead our business development efforts at You Choose Recruit. As a Senior Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and motivating teams to achieve business targets and performance goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and team-building abilities, strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams to achieve business targets and performance goals, ensuring high client satisfaction and growth.
- Business Development Planning: Develop and implement business development plans that align with organisational goals.
- Market Analysis: Analyse data and trends to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative product offerings.
- Client Relationships: Manage client relationships effectively to maximise revenue and communicate objectives clearly to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise business development processes and enhance client experiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7+ Years of operational experience in management, business, or commercial fields; 4+ Years of management experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
