About the Role

The Key Account Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by developing and executing strategic plans to engage with key clients and stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure success and inform future strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
