Chief Sales Strategist for EdTech Expansion

We are seeking a Chief Sales Strategist to lead our commercial expansion in EdTech and SaaS solutions. This is an unparalleled opportunity for a high-calibre sales executive to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships in the education technology sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and identify new business opportunities in Southern Africa.
- Market Analysis: Lead efforts to enter new markets/segments, analyze trends, and strengthen our presence in existing markets.
- Lead Generation: Work collaboratively with the team to identify and generate qualified leads, ensuring a robust pipeline to achieve business growth objectives.
- Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and resolving strategic issues.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasting and compile market insights for leadership decision-making.
- Proven Executive Sales Leader: 12+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in EdTech, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise technology.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to scale operations, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue expansion.
- Enterprise SaaS Expertise: Strong track record of selling high-value software solutions (ERP, SaaS, LMS, CRM) to enterprise clients.
- Results-Driven: History of exceeding sales targets and optimizing commercial success.
- C-Level Relationship Management: Ability to engage, negotiate, and close deals with C-suite executives and enterprise decision-makers.
- Industry Expertise: Understanding of education systems, digital transformation, and enterprise software sales.
- Leadership & Team Development: Proven experience scaling high-performance sales teams and mentoring top sales talent.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel for in-person meetings, market expansion, and client engagement.
