Strategic Business Expansion Manager

Apmc, a leading automotive manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality vehicles, is seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Expansion Manager to drive business growth and foster partnerships.
About the Role:
- Promote and secure new contracts with fleet and rental companies to expand Apmc's customer base.
- Liaise with government departments to ensure compliance and develop strategic partnerships.
- Support key projects aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with potential business partners for electric vehicle (EV) initiatives and strengthen relationships.
- Market Apmc's products to corporate clients to enhance sales and brand presence.
- Participate in monthly strategic meetings and analyze business/production data.
- Track industry trends and prepare feedback reports.
- Address and resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers for ongoing credibility.
- Drive retention and expansion of key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct business presentations and proofread contracts/agreements for accuracy.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Provide translation services when required at business events.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related financial qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the South African automotive market.
- Experience with dealer networks.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and client relationship-building abilities.
- Effective planning, organization, and administration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
