Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Humidification Solutions Expert to join our team at MC Technology Staffing. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Provide technical sales support and consultative selling for humidification solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve set sales targets and KPIs to meet or exceed company expectations.
- Collaborate with the service and admin team to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote our brand.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing coaching for performance improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar is an asset.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Growth will be aligned with company expansion and future positions.
- Potential to grow into a Sales Director or Regional Manager role.
Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with occasional after-hours travel or meetings.
