About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Humidification Solutions Expert to join our team at MC Technology Staffing. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide technical sales support and consultative selling for humidification solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs to meet or exceed company expectations.
  • Collaborate with the service and admin team to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote our brand.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing coaching for performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Skills & Software Requirements:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar is an asset.
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Growth Opportunities:
  • Growth will be aligned with company expansion and future positions.
  • Potential to grow into a Sales Director or Regional Manager role.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with occasional after-hours travel or meetings.
