Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Midvaal Recruitment. As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the company.

This individual is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative support, financial management, and the seamless coordination of company activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in budgeting, financial reposting, and operational management.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel for data analysis and reporting, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. They must also have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate meetings and functions for the company
  2. Maintain and file all business records in a systematic manner
  3. Responsible for all office administration
Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate
  • Minimum 5 Years experience as an Administrator
  • Experience in a branch setting or similar environment
Remuneration

R12,000 - R15,000 per annum
