Administrative Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join WeBuyCars in our Vereeniging Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Basic Administration: Assist with invoicing and perform basic administrative tasks.
- Client & Dealer Management: Ensure excellent customer service and support by assisting walk-in clients and dealers.
- Office Systems Maintenance: Maintain office systems, including equipment and supplies.
- Support to Sales Personnel: Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation and Vehicle Buying Personnel with administrative tasks.
- Liaison & Reporting: Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head Office, preparing and submitting monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Vehicle Industry: Possess knowledge of the vehicle industry and its terminology.
- Languages & Communication: Be fully bilingual with excellent communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage heavy workloads.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service with excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Residency: Preferably reside in Vereeniging or surrounding areas.
- Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Transportation: Possess own transport and a valid driver's license.
