**Job Overview**: The Client Administration Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the client management team by providing comprehensive administrative services. This includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.

**Key Responsibilities**:
* Administrative Support: Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the client management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
* Data Management: Ensure that client records and databases are accurate and up-to-date at all times.
* Client Communication: Assist with client communication, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and increase efficiency.
* Project Support: Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives as required.

**Requirements**:
* Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent qualification
* National Certificate in Business Administration or related field
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive and proactive attitude

**Estimated Salary Range**: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package that includes benefits such as medical aid, retirement funding, and paid leave.
