About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in South Africa. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer experience across various categories. This is an exciting opportunity to work with internal partners, identify growth opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop long-term relationships with partners, support them in integrating their offers, and set ambitious goals for future growth prospects. Achieve business and financial objectives by driving the growth of Amazon's third-party business in selected categories. Identify opportunities to improve the business through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions. Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of business performance and implement actions to accelerate growth. Identify and manage projects to enhance customer and partner experience, working closely with internal and external teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing experience. Inside sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses. Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level. Ability to exceed sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach. Estimated Salary: R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
