Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to increase sales revenue and expand our client base while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • To execute own work in accordance with organisational values and code of ethics.
  • To comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution.
  • To produce high-quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
  • To deliver work in an accurate manner to ensure consistent results.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
