Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience across multiple channels and platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
  • Provide resolution through thorough investigation and effective use of macros
  • Demonstrate calm solutions to resolve stressful technical situations
  • Process and policy: understand Arc Stores products, processes, and terms and conditions
  • Educate customers on Arc standard operating procedures (SOPS)
  • Take ownership of customer issues and escalate to manager as needed

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Own transport required
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and process-oriented
  • Great problem-solving skills, team player, and adaptable
  • Efficient with MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Benefits:
Competitive salary estimated at R250,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
