At Progressive International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Information Systems Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to provide administrative support to our HR department, focusing on data management, payroll processing, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management or informatics information systems, with at least 5 years of experience in providing administrative support, preferably in a mining environment.

About You
  • You hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or Informatics Information Systems.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in providing administrative support, preferably in a mining environment.
  • You possess excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and Excel (Excel is a must).
  • You have strong data management skills and are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Management: Review and audit data on P300, ensuring accurate capturing in accordance with company standards for payroll processing and record-keeping.
  2. Audit and Maintenance: Conduct audits on employee files, collecting and filling all necessary documents as per the employee checklist.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the business unit team to meet requirements and adhere to relevant policies, processes, and standards.
  4. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Process documentation accurately, obtaining required authorizations and maintaining both physical and electronic records for effective record-keeping.
  5. Training Administration: Assist with training administration tasks.
  6. HR Projects: Provide assistance with various HR administrative projects as requested.
  7. Timesheet Audits: Conduct audits on timesheets for payroll accuracy.
  8. Liaison with Contractors: Liaise with and support contractors/service providers to deliver their obligations.
