We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain strong working relationships with all staff members, ensuring a professional and courteous manner is upheld at all times.
  • Assist employees with loan applications and conduct telephonic confirmations of employment.
  • Manage payroll administration efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee competency and productivity.
  • Analyse training needs and develop targeted programs to address skills gaps.
  • Liaise with managers to obtain training plans and budgets, ensuring departmental expectations are managed effectively.
  • Compile and submit annual training reports, including detailed records of completed training programs.
  • Implement and administer the learnership process, liaising with service providers and TETA as required.
  • Conduct grievance and disciplinary hearings, advising and counselling employees as necessary.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Health and Safety Act, ensuring all notice boards meet minimum requirements.
  • Arrange and manage statutory training and certificates, generating appointment letters and conducting follow-up actions as needed.
  • Set up meetings, distribute stationery, and maintain stock levels in the storeroom.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the HR department.

Requirements:

  • A Matric or senior certification equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR administration.
  • A Diploma or Degree in HR Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in IR.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and development.

Salary: R500,000 - R600,000 per annum.
