Strategic Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd.

Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 CTC (estimated)

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll information, compiling and checking variances, validating dismissals and resignations, resolving enquiries, reviewing interim payments, overseeing payroll filing, and printing and distributing payslips on a weekly/monthly basis. Additionally, the candidate will plan, organize, and implement payroll processes to ensure successful payroll runs, reconcile payroll data to third-party vendors, clear reconciling items within 30 days, and compile and distribute comprehensive month-end reports to business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Compile and check variances before payroll finalization
  • Validate dismissals and resignations, verifying final pay-outs
  • Resolve enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Review and sign off all interim payments
  • Oversee payroll filing and maintain accurate records
  • Print and distribute payslips on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Plan, organize, and implement payroll processes to meet requirements for successful payroll runs
  • Reconcile payroll data to third-party vendors and clear reconciling items within 30 days
  • Compile and distribute comprehensive month-end reports to business units

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting (advantageous)
  • Payroll Diploma or Certificate
