About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Information System Manager to join our team at iOCO. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HRIS system, including Time and Attendance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, with experience in configuration, integration management, and user support. A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in a team environment to contribute towards achieving team objectives
  • FOLLOWING AND APPLYING THE ITIL METHODOLOGY
  • Conducting and documenting system, functional, and scenario testing of development
  • Ensuring quality assurance methodology is followed
  • Adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle

Able to determine the requirements for an enhanced system or a new system; Analyze trends, patterns, and processes to facilitate a proactive approach to managing applications;

Show a continual improvement mindset by analyzing and innovating in all areas of responsibility;

Management of 3rd parties to ensure business delivery timeline and requirements are met;

Deliver timeous and effective support by investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries;

Ensure system integrations are automated where possible and seamless;

Manage and maintain security;

Ensure the system is accessible;

Facilitate effective training for system users;

Generate and update relevant training material;

May be required to participate in and/or manage projects from time to time;

Facilitate and participate in meetings; and

Participate in industry user groups and forums.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

This position is based in Springs.
