Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Signa Opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in personnel management, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
About You
- You have 0-6 months of proven work experience in personnel administration within an manufacturing company and/or a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Law.
- You possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload.
- You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with good communication skills to build effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- You have experience in using an HR database or system, with excellent local language and good business English language skills.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Human Resources Coordinator will include:
- Providing administrative support in personnel management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Managing HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinating training programs and workshops to develop the skills of our employees.
- Assisting with performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Communicating with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to resolve HR-related queries and issues.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
