Sales Growth Specialist

At RTT Contract Logistics, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team based in Jetpark. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by securing new customers for our Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts services.
Job Purpose:
The role of the Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our ideal customer profile and product offering. The successful candidate will be driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new clients for our Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts services.
- Prospect effectively to identify potential leads and arrange meetings to discuss our solutions.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure conversion rates are met and revenue targets are achieved.
- Plan and execute pitches to clients to showcase our unique selling points and differentiators.
- Understand and communicate our company's market position and competitive advantages.
- Handle client objections and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
- Present to clients at all levels, from strategic to operational.
- Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Tenders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and seasonality to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Convert new relationships into repeat business and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts within agreed price guidelines to maximize profitability.
- Execute negotiations through prospecting, cold calling, quantifying, and closing deals.
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including strategic, tactical, and operational.
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and lead short-term and long-term sales strategies.
- Promote our services and products across all entities.
- Contribute to overall business development through weekly and monthly sales meetings.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Contract Logistics/Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts Services.
- Proven track record of selling client-specific warehousing solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong consultative selling skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
