As a skilled Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team at Personnel Network.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans, and possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  1. You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, managing the switchboard, and ensuring a professional image of our organization.
  2. As a key member of our team, you will assist with typing, filing, and record-keeping tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  3. Your responsibilities will also include controlling outgoing postal mail and postage, assisting with data capturing tasks, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  4. You will work closely with the Administrative Officer and Office Supervisor to update staff files and perform various administrative duties.
