Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the reception area is well-organized, clean, and welcoming to visitors.
  2. Respond to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Manage diaries, calendars, and schedules for practitioners, ensuring seamless coordination.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and other logistical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  2. Office Administration certification advantageous
  3. Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  4. Familiarity with switchboard systems and software applications
