About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional reception services, welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities- Provide switchboard services by screening incoming calls and transferring to relevant staff members in the Provincial Office.
- Offer reception and administrative support.
- Handle face-to-face inquiries from visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain inventory relevant to the reception area and ensure it remains presentable at all times.
- Coordinate support personnel diaries and plan accordingly.
- Oversee the provincial office fleet's coordination.
- Matric (NQF level 4) is required.
- An Office Administration Certificate is considered an added advantage.
